[Hi, Madoka. Connor seemed like he was considering the room's board game collection pretty intensely, but he looks up when approached.]
It's better to disregard everything he said toward the end. We cast our vote for one of three guilty parties. That's a success... even if we still failed to identify the remaining two.
[ Madoka looks over her tiles and takes a sort of shamefully long time to deliberate, before playing a very simple word and not really hitting any of the bonus point spaces.
... she's doing her best. ]
Do you get to play games like this much at home? I don't think I know much about you, actually...
[GANBA, MADOKA... Having a computer for a brain, Connor takes no time to deliberate and does wonderfully anyway, hitting one of the bonus point spaces.]
No. I'm not a domestic model, or one that would have been in any position to play games. I had never played one before entering this competition.
Oh... That's kind of sad, somehow... "Domestic model?"
[ Madoka doesn't really understand technology so the combination of that + other worlds + he looks like a human = she just assumes robots are all perfectly sentient and just like regular people!! let robots have rights!! ]
Have you been able to have more fun while you're here, at least? In between the... [ murders. ]
Is it? Domestic models are the ones tasked with everyday household chores, including taking care of children who would be interested in such games. My intended purpose is entirely different. It's not sad, only normal.
[let! robots! have! rights! not that connor would agree with it, but.]
I'm just a machine. So I haven't had fun, per say... But it's been a pleasant experience between the murders.
Correct. Though my track record here isn't much to brag about. I was created to assist in police investigations, but I haven't been able to provide much help during trials.
It can't be helped that it's harder, here... There's all kinds of magic powers at play, and when it's time to vote we can't even vote for who we think did it. We have to vote for who we think who did it was aligned with...
... It is. [He sighs.] I voiced my concerns over the system after the first trial, but the answers I received were the same. There's no changing the way trials are run, even if it's unjust.

Mm. It's scary not knowing who the others are, though...

... I agree. It's far from ideal. And there were still many unsolved mysteries when Ray revealed Newt's lie to us.

[ although in her mind that's just stating the obvious. after a pause, she nods up at the games. ]
Would you like to play something? It might be a nice distraction...

[This would be the place to ask who the heckie would stab a 12-year-old, but... Pours one out for Bart.]
I wouldn't mind a distraction. [The trial was A Lot.] Do you have a preference for any of the games in this room?
no subject
[ Connor please use the word safe instead of alive, that's so clinical!!! Madoka starts looking over the options more closely. ]
Something easy would be nice... Oh, and something that works with only two people. A lo of games are for three or more.
no subject
[He was created to be clinical? It's fine. Gosh. He takes a moment to analyze the board game stack, though, carefully pulling out a copy of Scrabble.]
Are you familiar with this one? I believe it can be played by a minimum of two players.
[Does Madoka want to play Scrabble against a literal computer.]
no subject
Scrabble! I know scrabble, that one sounds fun.
[ Time to lose horribly! ]

[Rest in pieces, Madoka....... She never stood a chance.]

she goes to take a seat! ]
I don't get to play ones like this very often. My little brother is too young for them, so we mostly play stuff like Candy Land.
no subject
I'm unfamiliar with "Candy Land." What is it like?

connor is toddler age according to human standards, so.
he finishes setting up the game board, in any case. after taking a seat--]
Would you like to start?

[ what is Society With Robots... ]
"Just" a machine... But you can say that it's been pleasant?
no subject
[So. A robocop.]
Of course. I'm programmed to judge the ambiance of any situation I'm in. It's important for my designated purpose.
no subject
Ehh... I guess that makes sense - that you would need to be able to read the room...
So you catch bad guys, usually? Not just here?
no subject
It's... at odds with my designated purpose.

It's really hard.
